What's inside

Four steps, one small win

Written for people who have heard about AI and haven't found the time to try it for work.

1

What AI can and can't do

Three things it's good at, three it isn't, in plain examples. Two minutes, and you'll know where it fits and where it doesn't.

2

Spot the task

An eight-line checklist of everyday work — inquiries, follow-ups, social posts, notes — and a box to pick the one that takes the most time.

3

Try one prompt

A reusable prompt you can copy into any free AI app, a practice message to paste, and three ways to adapt it to your own work.

4

Check the result

A five-line review before you use anything AI writes, plus a place to note what worked, what you fixed, and whether you'd do it again.

Get the worksheet

Where should we send it?

You'll get one email with the PDF in English or Spanish. Nothing else unless you ask.

By sending this you'll get the worksheet by email, and now and then a short, practical AI tip for business owners from Sunset for Everyone. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Your address is never sold or shared.

Done — check your inbox for the worksheet. If it isn't there in a few minutes, look in promotions or spam and add hello@sunsetforeveryone.org to your contacts.

What this is, and isn't.

The worksheet is general education: enough to find one task and try one prompt with a free tool. It is not a technical audit, a legal opinion, or a promise of savings. Some businesses will discover that AI isn't a good fit for the task they picked — that's a useful answer too.

Your information.

Your name and email are used to send the worksheet and, occasionally, short tips you can unsubscribe from in one click. Nothing is sold or shared, and it's deleted on request. The worksheet also asks you not to paste customer names, prices or anything confidential into an AI tool while you practice.

This is for you if

  • You run or manage a small business or nonprofit and a chunk of your week goes to repetitive writing and organizing
  • You've heard about AI and want a low-stakes way to try it for work, not a sales pitch
  • You'd like something you can print and hand to whoever answers your inbox

Skip it if

  • You already use AI daily and want help building something — ask about the Evaluation instead
  • Your work is mostly medical records, privileged legal material or student records — the worksheet steers away from those on purpose
Questions

Before you download

Is it really free?

Yes. It's the worksheet we use in our introductory workshop, and it works fine on its own.

Do I need to buy any software?

No. The prompt works in the free version of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot, on a phone or a computer.

Will someone call me?

Only if you tick the box asking for a call. Otherwise you get the worksheet and, occasionally, a short email tip. Unsubscribe any time.

English or Spanish?

Either. Pick the language above; the worksheet, the email and the call all come in the language you choose.

What's the next step after the worksheet?

If you want one: a free 20-minute call to look at what you wrote, and, if it makes sense, an Evaluation that maps every routine workflow in your business and designs one in full. Most people just use the prompt, and that's fine.

One task. One prompt. Tonight.

Five pages, fifteen minutes, no software to buy.
