Four to six weeks. One workflow (or up to three closely related ones) built in your own tools, run on your real work with every output reviewed by a person, and measured against today. Ends with a go / no-go recommendation.
Production implementation
Six to twelve weeks. Harden the pilot — error handling, monitoring, alerts, documentation, rollback — add integrations, train your administrator, and hand it over with 30 days of hypercare.

Executive briefing, employee workshop, administrator course, quick-reference guides, office hours, and a competency check — so people trust the system, catch its mistakes, and know when to escalate.
Managed AI operations
Monthly retainer. We monitor, maintain, and improve what's running: alert response, model-update testing, a monthly results report, and one improvement a month. The system runs around the clock; our human response times are business hours, in writing.
Fractional AI lead
Two to four days a month owning your AI roadmap, governance and policy, vendor decisions, and staff capability plan — with quarterly reporting to leadership or the board.
Prices are typical ranges for organizations of 3–40 people; every engagement is quoted as a fixed fee before it starts. Model and software usage is paid directly to the provider at cost — we never mark it up.
No hourly surprises.
Anything with a defined output is a fixed fee. Anything longer than a month is billed on milestones. Ongoing responsibility is a retainer with an hours cap. And if a $20-a-month subscription would solve your problem, we'll say so — that honesty is part of what you're buying.
